Loklok Login, Account Recovery and VIP Questions

Separate app accounts, subscription receipts and the list saved in your browser.

Which account is asking you to sign in?

This catalog does not require an account for browsing or a local watchlist. A separate viewing service can have its own login, and an existing Loklok-named application can have another. Start with the name and address shown on the sign-in screen. A familiar logo does not make passwords, saved lists or subscriptions transferable between different services.

Recover the original sign-in method

Check whether you originally used an email, phone number or a third-party sign-in button. Another method may open an empty account rather than recover the old one. Use the recovery process attached to the service, check the entered address and avoid sharing one-time codes. If an app changed names, look for publisher documentation instead of assuming a comment describes your particular account.

VIP codes, renewal and cancellation

Locate the purchase receipt to find where the subscription is managed. An app-store purchase and a web purchase may have different cancellation steps. This site does not sell VIP plans or issue codes for other apps. Claims such as premium unlocked or no ads in a modified package are not benefits supplied by this browser catalog.

An empty My List is a different issue. Check the browser, private mode and website storage, then restore a backup if you have one. Do not reset an unrelated account to repair local browser storage.
