A different domain ending is not proof of a shared account or an official migration. If you have paid for an app, use its own publisher and receipt information for support.
Old app links and “unable to locate resource”
A resource message inside an app does not tell you that every website is down. First check whether the app opens its catalog and whether another title works. An expired deep link, missing edition or account message can each require a different response.
