If the catalog is empty
Reload once, check the connection and try a broad title search without filters. A language or date filter can hide a production that is still in the catalog. If no posters load anywhere, note whether the page text and menu still work. Keep a list backup before clearing storage so a display problem does not also become a lost-watchlist problem.
If a video buffers
Pause briefly and check competing network activity. Try a supported lower quality to see whether the player becomes steady. If the viewing player offers multiple streaming servers, compare one at a time. A server choice is not an account repair and does not prove a different resolution. If only one episode fails, note the exact season and number instead of reinstalling every app.
If there is no sound or picture
Check mute, device volume and the selected audio output. A Bluetooth connection may be sending sound somewhere unexpected. For a blank picture, read the viewing service’s error and confirm browser support. If the message asks you to sign in, use that service’s account help. For captions, see subtitle timing and language checks.
Useful details when requesting help
Keep the title, season and episode, device, browser, exact message and the time the problem occurred. Describe whether another title works. Do not include passwords, payment information or one-time codes. A precise symptom is more useful than saying that everything is broken.
